EKG = Hypokalemia

  • Flattening of T wave and appearance of U wave directly after
  • V2 and V3 usually
  • Can appear as prolonged QT due to U wave, treat similarly
  • NOT ACS/Ischemia.
  • “reverse wellens or Nikelkam twave”
